Hey, I’m Kolin, the creator and designer at Printable Focus Dot Store. I started this website to share guides and tutorials on how to use my 3D-printed camera gear, along with updates on my new products. My journey into 3D printing began in November 2023 when I started working on a camera cage. After 15 physical revisions and 60 digital tweaks, I’m finally at a design I’m proud of.

As of September 2024, the latest version is nearly ready, though there’s always room for improvement. I also began developing the Canon FD to Canon EF lens adapter in April 2024. By July, I started selling them, and after printing about 30 aperture rings and 20 EF mounts, I’ve landed on a version that works well.

There’s still ongoing work, especially as I get access to more lenses, but I’m excited about where things are headed. For now, all my products are available on Etsy.
